Cases enter the palletizer's infeed where they are metered in by a belt
conveyor. Then cases are formed into a row for the case sweep to
push onto the accumulation conveyor . When a completed layer has
been formed, it is placed onto the stripper plate. The stripper plate is
pulled back to place the layer onto the elevator. After a stack has been
completed, it is lowered and exits the machine. Once a stack has
exited the machine, a new pallet is placed on the elevator and returned
to the top to repeat the stacking cycle.
